Secondary packaging of powder bottling line including refurbished Capmatic capper, NJM wrap labeler, Lantech case former and case sealer, PCM custom packing station and new PCM robotic palletizer.  Turnkey solution included a refurbished Capmatic RoadRunner capper with PCM supplied engineered change parts, refurbished NJM wrap labeler with coding and vision system both integrated by PCM, PCM custom turntable, PCM custom stainless steel conveyors, new Lantech case former and case seale, PCM supplied vision system to verify bottle and leaflet presence in case, new PCM robotic palletizer with Fanuc M-20iA robot, PCM supplied vision system for case label inside palletizer with item gravity eject conveyor.
